Diamond Exchange Jewelers has served upper East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia for almost 40 years.   Kimber Frederick opened the retail store in 1982 in Kingsport, Tennessee.  The brick and mortar location has a staff of 12 employees with over 325 years combined experience. Having set the brick and mortar standard, jewelrywithelegance.com will strive to provide you with a pleasant online shopping experience.
